2026 CERTEX suppliers exhibit

SHOW POLICIES & SERVICES

RESERVATION OF BOOTH SPACE

All completed RSVP forms must be submitted by December 30th. Link to RSVP Form.
Reservations will only be confirmed once booth payment has been received. Booth space is limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

PAYMENT FOR BOOTH

Payment can be provided via a credit card or credit memo. To complete payment, please contact Stephanie Herring at 901-353-5383 or via email at schism@CERTEX.com. Checks will not be accepted. A receipt will be emailed to the primary person who filled out the RSVP form. No booth assignments will be made without payment received by either credit card or credit memo. A booth payment is required for participation confirmation.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event that an Exhibitor must cancel their participation, all fees paid will apply to the next CERTEX Suppliers Exhibit Show. Written notice must be received by January 6, 2026. There will be no refunds.

SECURITY OF EXHIBITORS’ PROPERTY

CERTEX is not responsible for the loss of any property belonging to the Exhibitor or its officers, agents, or employees, regardless of cause-including theft, damage, disappearance, accident, or other incidents. Exhibitors are strongly encouraged to insure their booth materials at their own expense and to have representatives present whenever the exhibit is open, and especially during setup and dismantling, to safeguard against potential loss.

Exhibit Schedule & Teardown Policy

Exhibitors are required to follow the official event schedule listed below:

Setup:

• Monday, February 16 – 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
• Tuesday, February 17 – 8:30 AM to 11:00 AM

Teardown:

• Wednesday, February 18 – Begins at 12:00 PM, ends at 4:00 PM

For safety, fairness, and to maintain the integrity of the event, early teardown or removal of displays is strictly prohibited. Exhibitors may not begin dismantling any portion of their booth before 12:00 PM on Wednesday, February 18, 2026.

INDEMNITY

The Exhibitor agrees to protect, indemnify, and hold CERTEX harmless from any damages, costs (including attorney’s fees), liabilities, or expenses arising out of violations of laws or ordinances, or from any accident, bodily injury, or other occurrence involving any person-including the Exhibitor, its agents, employees, or business invitees—related to the Exhibitor’s occupancy or use of the exhibition premises. This includes, but is not limited to, activities related to setup, operation, equipment use, or booth possession. The Exhibitor shall not be required to indemnify CERTEX for losses or liabilities caused solely by CERTEX’s intentional misconduct or sole negligence.

INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS

The Exhibitor is required to maintain the following coverage during the term of this agreement:

  • Commercial General Liability (CGL): Minimum $1 million per occurrence / $2 million aggregate
  • Automobile Liability: Minimum $1 million per accident
  • Workers’ Compensation: Statutory coverage

The Exhibitor must name CERTEX as an additional insured on both the CGL and Automobile Liability policies. These policies must be primary and non-contributory to any coverage carried by CERTEX.
